30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include any original tags or accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional details.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply return the eligible product and place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must still be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
